THE VILLA
In the peaceful western part of Hvar town, 50 meters from the sea and small pebble beaches, the Hvar vacation villas are situated with a private garden and outdoor pool. A pleasant 15-minute walk along the shore will bring you to Hvar town centre. Hvar vacation villas has been equipped with the most attractive, modern furniture.

The villa has two floors and can accommodate eight people comfortably, it is ideal for family holidays or groups of friends. Villa Cvita consists of a kitchen/dining area/sitting room, four double bed rooms, three bathrooms and a terrace. On the ground floor there is a spacious, open-plan kitchen/dining area/sitting room, with French windows opening onto the covered part of a private garden with garden furniture, which leads to the private outdoor pool.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the villa has been equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV, hi-fi, a direct telephone line and Internet connection.

THE AREA
The village of Hvar is located on the south side of the island of Hvar. The village of Hvar is very well connected through an extensive ferry service with both the town of Split and the village of Drvenik further south on the mainland. There are several ferries available every hour during the whole year.

Hvar has a long and rich cultural history, a village centre of old stone houses built in a Venetian style, a fish and fruit piazza in the village centre, and most important of all, friendly local people with lots of charm and hospitality. Hvar theather is one of the oldest theathers in Europe. It was established already in 1612 and you can still go there and watch a play or a concert. Hvar is the largest village on the island of Hvar, and it has approximately 4 000 citizens.

In the last couple of years Hvar has become one of the most popular jet set places on the Croatian side of the Adriatic Sea. In Hvar you will therefore find many good restaurants, museums and art galleries that are located in the village centre.
