THE VILLA
This charming villa with an outdoor private pool, (24m2, freshwater) is ideal for a family holidays or groups of friends who want to spend time together while enjoying the natural bounties and delicacies of Brac. The villa has a sea view and it consists of 3 floors; on the ground floor there are a living room with kitchen and bathroom, on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double bedded another twin bedded, and toalet, on the second floor there is a bed room with bathroom. The villa is placed on a plot of 500m2, with covered pergola garden terrace, and open garden space with barbecue. Grocery shop is just 10 m away from the villa. The villa is equippet with; washing machine, air condition, satellite TV, hair drier, iron, ironing board, Hi-fi. The kitchen is equipped with: 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, hood, toaster, coffee filter machine and microwave oven.

THE AREA
Sumartin is picturesque town located in one of the coves from the islands southern side. It has ancient stone houses scattered through the green countryside. Sumartin was founded as a heaven for people from the coast who fled before the Turks. Soon they turned Sumartin into an oasis of peace and prosperity.
The locals have through centuries been involved in fishing and agriculture so that the fruits of their labor still feature prominently in the local gastro offerings. The old Christian church of st. Nikola from the 9th century and Franciscan monastery are an important cultural symbol of this town.
Nice beaches and crystal clear sea act as an irresistible bait for all the visitors.
