It is important to find a real estate which fulfills as many wishes and expectations as possible, but it is also very important to find an area you like well and wish to visit during your holidays – year after year.
A typical three-day viewing tour arranged by us can look like this:
Day 1 – Viewing of real estates
We meet you at an agreed place in the area in which you are primarily interested. Together with Sea Homes’ local collaborator, who also is a local realtor, we present the current supply of real estates, and select which real estates are going to be visited. After this, the rest of the day is spent visiting the selected real estates.
Day 2 – Revisiting selected real estates
We visit more of the selected real estates and, if desired, we revisit a small selection of preferred real estates which we have been looking at earlier on the viewing tour. In the evening, there will hopefully be some more time left for exploring the area on your own.
Day 3 – Eventual start of purchasing process
For customers who during their stay in the area decide to invest in a real estate in Croatia, we take the first steps in the purchasing process already before they go home. This way the customer avoids an additional trip to Croatia to complete the purchase. With a close follow-up by our realtor, the remaining steps of the purchasing process can often be taken by the customer after returning back home.
Sea Homes does not invoice for participation on a viewing tour. Our customers book the airplane tickets they find most suiteable themselves, and arrange an eventual car rental. Sea Homes can after this help book a hotel room or rent flat in the area during the period of the viewing tour. For those customers who don’t have access to a rental car, we can offer local transportation in connection with the viewings.
